This coaching is for leaders and Lab graduates who are carrying real responsibility in complex nonprofit settings. It offers room to pause, listen deeply, name what is happening, and discern a faithful way forward.
A guided beginning, then space for what is most alive
The first four sessions follow a guided arc designed to help leaders understand themselves more fully before moving into the challenges in front of them.
Session 1: Identity: Understanding Who I Am
Exploring the identities that shape how you move through the world and lead.
Session 2: Values: The Heart of the Matter
Naming what truly matters to you and how that shows up, or doesnā€™t, in your leadership.
Session 3: Strengths: What Am I Naturally Good At?
Identifying your natural strengths and how to lead from them with more ease and integrity.
Session 4: Discovering You: A Biographical Exercise
Tracing key moments, relationships, and stories that have formed your leadership.
These first sessions create a shared foundation for deeper reflection, clearer self-awareness, and more grounded leadership.
After the first four sessions
After the first four sessions, the coaching becomes client-led.
Together, we focus on the topics and challenges that feel most alive for you, your team, or your organization.
This may include:
- Difficult conversations, conflict, and repair
- Role transitions and big decisions
- Misaligned organizational cultures
- The emotional and spiritual cost of leadership
- Questions of calling, capacity, boundaries, and sustainability
The goal is not quick advice. It is thoughtful accompaniment that helps you notice what is true, clarify what matters, and move with integrity.
Begin leadership coaching
Coaching is available at $500/hour. I bill clients in the currency connected to where they are based.
If you are based in Canada, use the Canadian checkout. If you are based in the United States, use the U.S. checkout.
Both options are for the same Leadership Coaching support. The only difference is the currency used for billing based on your location.
