At The Empathy Agency Inc., we are passionate about helping people find hope and destination in all their relationships. This coaching program is designed to help coaches understand the impact their identity has on their clients and their coaching philosophy and approach. We coach all people, but specifically offer Black, Indigenous and other people of colour tools to better understand and survive white supremacy culture. Including coaches of colour.
Our coaching philosophy is person-centred, cultivated through Afrocentric narrative and infused with Indigenous wisdom that calls on us to think and feel more deeply; to reflect so we can engage more authentically in the work that we do. This coaching program looks at decolonizing our minds and lives to heal and express ourselves more wholeheartedly as coaches. We believe this coaching program has a direct impact on the quality of our clients' lives, both personally and professionally.
This is a 12-week coaching program that can be done either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Below are the module themes that will be explored.
