I firmly believe everything happens for a reason and you meet people at moments in your life when you need them the most. Nneka’s guidance, mentorship and honesty as we delved deep into conversations about racial identity and learning to harness the agency that I have in my life, could not have come at a more pivotal time in my life. Not only is she experienced and full of knowledge but she brings so much empathy into her work. They say this is the sort of work you don't graduate from but you work on your whole life. I am truly grateful I now have a life coach that I can always count on to support me, challenge me and most of all remind me to be kind to myself. Thank you Nneka for making a difference in this world!

The last twelve weeks with Nneka has been transformative and restorative. I’ve been given the tools and the compassion to help me navigate my identity and my strengths. Nneka guided me through each week with thoughtful and educational material; not just naming and recognizing inequities but provided internal and external solutions through healing. Her deep insight and commitment to providing safe and equitable spaces for underrepresented groups has been inspiring. I now have the confidence to begin working, living and existing as my authentic self and for that I’m eternally grateful.

Nneka shook me until I woke up to the reality - that I am full of possibilities and opportunities. I have the tools to not only survive but thrive. Nneka reminded me of that. Her coaching over these past few weeks has given me a lifetime of resources and support. She stayed with me in the messy moments and told me I was courageous. She pulled me up when I was low and told me I have much to offer. She made me cry but she also made me laugh. She reminded me that joy was present for the taking. I am a Black woman who has dimmed her light for far too long. Nneka shook me and I woke up. Thank you Nneka!
