The Empathetic Leadership Studio

The Empathetic Leadership Studio is an ongoing coaching container for people who are carrying a lot in their leadership and don’t want to hold it all alone.

Each month you receive:

• One 60‑minute 1:1 coaching session
• Message support in your private Studio space between sessions
• Curated next steps and resources tailored to the situations you’re navigating

This isn’t a course or a one‑off session. It’s a steady, structured space to work through real dynamics in your work and life: staff or board tension (if you have them), racial equity work, boundaries, burnout, and the invisible labour you carry as a leader, organizer, or entrepreneur.

Investment:
$750 CAD per month, with a 3‑month minimum commitment.

We’ll confirm your Studio start date together and then use this container as the structure for our ongoing work.
