- Doing invisible emotional labour that no one names, measures, or compensates
- Feeling pressure to be “grateful” for the role, even when it’s costing you

You shouldn’t have to choose between leading with heart and protecting yourself.

What the Lab is.
The Empathetic Nonprofit Leader Lab is an 8-week, live online cohort for leaders of colour in nonprofits.
It’s part training, part coaching, and part community.
Across 8 weeks, we’ll work together to:
- Name and understand the specific pressures you face as an equity-minded leader
- Build an embodied, empathetic leadership practice that doesn’t drain you
- Develop practical tools for conversations with boards, funders, peers, and your team
- Create boundaries that protect your energy and make your leadership more effective
Who it’s for:
- Executive Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders committed to equity in nonprofits
- Equity-minded program or department directors and managers
- Leaders who hold formal or informal leadership in mission-driven organizations
