Practising Repair: Racial Empathy Integration Sessions is a follow‑on coaching package for graduates of Racial Empathy Coaching for Coaches who want support applying this work in real time.

Across 4 private 60 minute sessions, we focus on the live edges of your practice:

• Real coaching and leadership scenarios where race, harm, or power are in play
• Relational ruptures, boundary questions, and decisions you’re facing now
• How your racial empathy practice plan holds up under real‑world pressure

These sessions are a space to practise repair and accountability in specific situations, not just in theory, and to keep aligning your coaching, pricing, partnerships, and policies with your equity commitments.

Grounded in the same person‑centred, Afrocentric, Indigenous‑informed, soulful approach as the core program, integration gives you more room for case consultation, reflection, and concrete next right actions.
