The Empathetic Leadership Circle is a community for Lab graduates who want a grounded place to keep reflecting, practicing, and staying connected after The Lab.
Inside the Circle, you can return to the work with people who understand the real pressures of nonprofit leadership. It is a space for peer support, written reflection, shared resources, and honest conversation about leading with clarity, care, and boundaries.
