The Studio is designed for individuals who want ongoing, thoughtful support in how they live and lead, whether or not they have a formal team.

Across our work together, we curate specific resources and lessons for you and your organization, drawing from:

Coaching tools and leadership scripts – for staff conversations, board dynamics, boundaries, and accountability

You won’t be asked to “do everything.” We help you identify what’s most relevant now, so your learning is focused, realistic, and connected to the challenges you’re actually facing.

What you receive each month

Inside the Studio, your support is structured and consistent:

One 60‑minute 1:1 coaching session
Focused time to work through real situations: staff dynamics, board tension, racial harm, boundaries, funder pressure, and more.
Message support in your Studio space
Between sessions, you can share updates, questions, and reflections in your Studio/Backstage space. I’ll respond within 3 days so you’re not holding everything alone until the next call.
Tailored tasks and resources
After sessions, we’ll agree on a small number of concrete next steps. I’ll add those as tasks and resources in your Studio space, drawing from tools like The Racial Equity Blueprint, F.A.R.M.E.R.S., and coaching resources, so you always know what to focus on next.

Your Investment

The Empathetic Leadership Studio is a premium, ongoing coaching container.

The Studio fee is $750 CAD per month
There is a minimum initial commitment of 3 months

Your subscription is set up as a recurring monthly payment. After the initial 3 months, you’re welcome to continue month‑to‑month or we can agree on a new structure if your needs change.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Subscription payments are billed monthly in advance
Sessions are scheduled within the month they are billed for

If your organization is covering or sharing the cost, we can coordinate the billing contact so the process is straightforward on your end.

How it works

Read through what the Studio includes and make sure the $750 CAD/month, 3‑month minimum feels like the right level of support.

Click Join the Studio to complete your enrolment. Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to schedule your first session and instructions for accessing your Studio space.
