The Empathy Agency helps underestimated leaders thrive in workplaces that weren’t built for them and partners with their organizations to build the trust and conditions that keep them.
Grounded in her Black, Afro‑Métis, and Indigenous heritage, Nneka is the founder and lead coach. She brings a deeply people‑centred approach to coaching, creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Organizational Coach (COC), and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Nneka:
- Supports underestimated leaders to navigate and transform their workplaces
- Partners with organizations to build cultures of trust, equity, and belonging
- Helps clients build stronger relationships, find real belonging, and lead with authenticity, courage, and purpose
Guided by an Afrocentric perspective and Indigenous wisdom, her work invites leaders and coaches into deeper racial empathy, more honest relationships, and more liberatory ways of working.
