The Empathy Agency's Service Offerings
Programs, community, and coaching for nonprofit and movement leaders who want to lead with heart without being exploited.
The work you’re doing is urgent. That doesn’t mean you have to abandon your own needs, values, or nervous system to do it.
Through our service offerings, we create programs and spaces for people leading in nonprofits, grassroots groups, and movements who are ready to practice another way: one that holds equity, boundaries, and care together.

Who this is for?
For the people holding everything together
This is for you if:
- You are a director, manager, organizer, or staff lead in a nonprofit, grassroots group, or movement space
- You’re responsible for people and/or programs and feel the weight of doing “the right thing” with too few resources
- You’re committed to racial equity and justice, and you’re tired of approaches that reproduce harm in the name of urgency
- You want concrete practices for leading with empathy and boundaries, not just another inspirational webinar
It’s also for organizations and teams who know their leadership culture needs to shift and want a grounded partner in that work.

The Empathetic Nonprofit Leader Lab
This is a small-group, paid cohort for nonprofit and movement leaders who are ready to rethink how they lead, using real situations from your world—staff dynamics, board tension, boundaries, race and power, and the invisible labour you carry. In this leadership Lab, you’ll build shared language for empathy‑centred, anti‑exploitation leadership, try out practical scripts for conversations with staff, peers, and boards, and get clearer on what you will and won’t carry as a leader. Organizations can sponsor one or more leaders and we’ll work with you to align the Lab with your equity and culture goals.
$697.00 CAD
Empathetic Nonprofit Leaders Circle
An ongoing community for equity-centred leaders who want regular support as they practice new ways of leading. Each month, you’ll bring what’s on your plate, receive grounded perspectives, and connect with others navigating similar tensions in a reflective space, not just more content. This community is designed for Lab alumni, which is free for them during the lab, and other equity-centred leaders seeking thoughtful, ongoing support in their leadership.

Coaching
Leadership Coaching
Some questions need a quieter, more private room. Our leadership coaching creates dedicated space to navigate complex realities—staff conflict, racial harm, burnout, board dynamics, accountability, transitions, and the personal costs of leading. Rooted in person-centred practice, Afrocentric narrative, and Indigenous wisdom, we invite you to slow down, look beneath the surface, and lead in a way that protects both your people and your principles. Together, we decolonize how you think, work, and live so you can heal, express yourself more fully, and sustain leadership that strengthens lives—personally and professionally.
6 monthly payments of $500.00 CAD
